This is a lovely home that is thankfully very close to the Grand Canyon. My family from 3 different states enjoyed getting together here for a short weekend trip. The host was very sweet and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.
This was the perfect place to stay for out family vacation. Its was so close to downtown Williams and sledding. The outdoor grill and outdoor space was a nice bonus. We love sitting outfront to enjoy the views
Very clean, comfortable and centrally located. wish we could of used the fireplace but since it was not snowing was not too much a disappointment. would recommend and stay here again.
The house suited our travel group well. Wish we could have found wine glasses, but that’s a small issue. Too bad that the host must have had such negative experiences with prior guests as they were forced to use somewhat harsh threats of issuing fines against deposits, and lecturing tone in directions throughout the house. House was nice and clean and location was good as our base to visit the Grand Canyon!
How was great for our family! We had 11 people, including a baby and we all slept comfortably. Beds were super comfortable and the house was very nice. The hot tub felt great in the cold nights! We will definitely be using this listing when we revisit Williams.
The Host thought if everything! We had a family group of 7 adults and 2 tweens. All amenities were well stocked, everything labeled and house is super clean. The whole family enjoyed their stay and the teens loved that it was close proximity to Bearizona and everything we did.
We had 4 adults and 8 kids and it was perfect for us. We had two bedrooms for the adults and a room for our girls and a room for our boys. We enjoyed the views of the train and mountains and watched the snow falling. We would stay here again
This house fit our family perfectly for a spring break trip to see the Grand Canyon! We were able to play games and cook meals together in the evening and spend the day exploring. Clean home. Great host. Beautiful view.
Wonderful home, and only an hour to the Grand Canyon! Williams is a lovely town on Historic Route 66…an added bonus for our Grand Canyon trip! We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and corn hole! Only issue was that we needed more towels. With as many as this home accommodates, there were not enough towels. Overall, this home was great!!
We enjoyed our stay. Took advantage of proximity to many activities; Grand Canyon, Canyon Coasters, Bearizona, downtown Williams. Appreciated many attention to details in the house such as extra blankets, hot tub, cleanliness. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Plenty of room for all!extrblblanketsBBQ grill, hot tub,
The home was very comfortable for the family and our dog. Enjoyed hanging out in the sunroom. The home is really close to downtown Williams and the Grand Canyon railway. It is within a neighborhood but is at the very end of the road and was quiet. Overall we all enjoyed our stay.

Amazing House but Listing Details Need Updated
The house is amazing & accomodated our family of 8 adequately as we are all adults ranging from 21 to 86. The MBR shower is, WOW! We loved the hot tub, outdoor kitchen, corn hole, and patio table seating for 8. Be aware that the listing details are no longer accurate regarding the beds. The picture of the room with 2 queens clearly shows and mentions a twin. However, the extra bed is actually a deflated air mattress in the closet. Also, one of the bedrooms has a full size bed instead of the advertised queen. Finally, the queen bed in the Master Bedroom is so tall that it is difficult to use. Aside from these minor issues, the house was awesome as was Shelbi and we plan to return.
Cute house very close to downtown Williams - actually about a 3 minute drive to the Train Station. The house was very clean and beds very comfortable. Shelbi was quick to respond to any questions. Rain and snow kept us inside but the hot tub and backyard looked very inviting. I would definitely stay here again.
Hi Everyone, My name is Shelbi Haering, My fiance is Randal Watson and we are the proud owners The Williams House and The Williams House 2.0. We are both Arizona natives and have lived in the Williams community for many years. We know all the best kept local spots and love sharing them with our guests. We are outdoorsy and have found home in the beautiful weather and community that comes with Williams Arizona.
Why they chose this property
I (Shelbi) have been a Realtor® in the Williams Community since 2013 and know this community better then the back of my hand. When my long time friend and contractor called me to let me know he might be selling his long time home I knew I had to have it. Nobody can build to the south of the property, hence the unobstructed views of the mountains and the easy straight across walk to downtown. The neighbors are all full time residences and all genuine good humans who love Williams like we do. This cul - de - sac is highly sought after for many reasons. We look forward to you getting a chance to enjoy it!
What makes this property unique
What makes our property stand out from the rest? There is so much to say but one of my absolute favorite aspects of this house is it's location. The sun room when you first walk in is where you will want to land every morning and every evening to enjoy the sun rise and the sun set. Then you will find yourself moving into the back yard enjoying the hot tub, and the custom outdoor kitchen and landscaping. There is a 6 ft privacy fence that lines the back yard and creates an atmosphere that is enjoyable for the whole family. The location is one of the few that has such amazing views and feels like you have acres of property around you but you are only walking distance to anything and everything you want!
