This freshly furnished condo has been recently updated with new hard surface flooring and stainless appliances. We are located between Forest Park and Howarth Park with convenient walking trails and access to the beach. Close to Medical Centers, Boeing, & Port of Everett. Easy access to I-5.
Note: This is a ground floor unit with access to a grassy common area perfect for pets. Pet rules do apply. Utilities (electric) included in rent up to a cap of $125/mo. High speed internet included with Flex Box for TV. Seasonal pool (May - Sept).
Well behaved pets are welcome with additional fee - limit 2 pets. Unit has a 30-day minimum stay.
