Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking anywhere on the premises is subject to a $750 cleaning fee. GUESTS MUST FIRMLY CLOSE ALL doors when entering or leaving the building!
Note that booking requests for the Rio Bravo Suite must be declined if either of its connecting one-bedroom units has been previously booked.
Quiet time must be observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

It was as described and perfect for our stay in Marfa! Excellent location and communication with the property manager. Clean and appreciated the full kitchen. Will stay there again!

Great Property!

Super nice place. The rented space was well decorated w nice towels and all supplies. Dishes were very clean, specially the glassware.Access to the community space in the lobby and outdoor area was very nice as well.If you’re visiting the area (Marfa, Ft Davis, or Alpine) this is a great choice to stay.

Even better than it appears

The apartment has high ceilings and is more spacious than it looks. It was very comfortable for our two teens and my husband and me. The furnishings and finishes are solid quality.
