This building was gut-renovated in 2017 after sitting empty (for sale) for over a decade and now houses a mix of uses from residential to office space. This unit has a prime location right in the core of Downtown Marfa next to Mutual Friends Coffee Shop, Alta Marfa Tasting Room, and one block from The Chinati Wool Building, JUDD Art Studio, Highland Avenue retail, and Hotel Paisano. The Sentinel, Marfa Spirit Company, Hotel Saint George, Marfa Wine Company, Planet Marfa, Para LLevar, and Hotel Saint George are all within a few blocks!
The No. 3 is the center unit of our building and does not share any amenities with neighbors. It has two privacy walled porches, high ceilings, a marble bathroom, black concrete floors, and is furnished with a mix and modern and vintage. We provide luxury linens, premium kitchen accoutrements, and upscale bath products. BBT Fiber Internet, 65" Samsung SmartTV and full size washer and dryer in the unit!
The bedroom has a king size bed (new in 2024) and settee with direct access to the back patio. The living area has sofa that folds into a twin bed, a desk and bistro table. The privacy walled entry patio has a lounge area with corner sofa and chair.

Great location, clean room, well stocked kitchen, and ample space. Communication with host was timely and clear. Our stay was perfect and hope to book again.
The in-house washer/dryer was great. Cooling was an issue at firet but maintenance come out right away and it turned out to be the remote control setting.

This small apartment was perfect for our Marfa visit. It was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and walking distance to many places around town. Lauren was very responsive to our questions about the heating/AC unit. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The property was well maintained, had everything someone would need, a comfortable bed and a coffee/wine bar right next door. We would definitely stay here again.
I found the space to be intelligently and thoughtfully furnished. It was comfortable and practical, and I love that it was right next-door to a good coffee shop.

We had a great stay. The space was spotless, we had everything we needed and the owner was super, checking to make sure everything was just right. As a designer I have to give a big shout on the design choices. Minimalist yet cozy. Will definitely stay again.
Quaint unit, small animal friendly, they packed a lot into such a small unit in a good way. Bed was comfortable and quality of bedding was excellent. Several businesses were closed during our stay as they are open during weekends and our stay was Monday and Tuesday.
Great unit, plenty room for 2 people and a dog or two. Back yard is shared with other units, but appeared to be fully enclosed. Coffee shop next door is convenient if you need a quick morning boost. Lots of great things within easy walking distance. Host was communicative and helpful.
Really great apartment that has everything you need, and is close to the middle of everything. I really enjoyed my week there! I’ll definitely stay again.

My husband and I bought and renovated this building in 2017 as it was next door to our now-former office building, which is home to 2 other STRs, the West Texan and the Downtowner. We have a mix of short and long term rentals in downtown, the location could not be better.
What makes this property unique
This is right in the heart of downtown Marfa just blocks from all the main hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops. One block east on Highland Avenue is the main shopping area in our small town, and one block west puts you in a lovely residential neighborhood that is great for walking, running, and cycling. the best of both worlds!
