This new, 976 sq. ft. 1st-floor condo is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for families and multi-couple vacationers.

With easy beach access and lots of amenities, you'll have everything you need for an exciting gulf-coast vacation! This welcoming and cozy living space is great for letting loose from the daily grind and having fun!

The Master bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2). The 2nd bedroom features 2 full-size beds (sleeps 4). The full bathroom features a shower/tub.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Also, enjoy your mornings by preparing your favorite coffee or tea at the coffee bar. Then sit outside on the patio!

We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels. Also, for your convenience, there is a fantastic coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor!

For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can swim in our swimming pool (the deepest pool on the Island).

Have fun with friends and family playing basketball, pickleball, or tennis! In addition, there is storage for bicycles, an air inflation station, an ice machine, and lots of green space for cooking in the charcoal grilling area!

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
