Enjoy beautiful views of the sound from the private balcony, take a swim in the community pool, or take a short walk down to the nearby beach.
The rooms are oversized, with a very large master, living/dining room and separate laundry room and 10 foot ceilings. That is right, being a top floor unit, the ceilings are 10' high! Across the street there is a boardwalk access to pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, plus the complex features a sound-front pool and hot tub. Additionally, this complex is gated and the unit includes 2 under the building covered parking spaces, #39 & #40. Storage locker #50 and mail box #50.
