The Houghton house is located off of a peaceful canal in Houghton Lake, just minutes away from the crystal clear waters of renowned Higgins Lake! It is basically a brand new home, just completed fall in 2022. We have been told it still has that "new house smell"!

Wait until you drink your morning coffee on the back porch watching the water! The home is bright and has plenty of room for people to spread out! We fell in love with the amazing natural light, quiet neighborhood, outdoor views and we knew it was the one!
