Enjoy the beauty of the Puget Sound from this beautifully decorated and well stocked duplex unit. This unit is one side of a duplex with ample private parking in a quiet neighborhood. A water facing deck allows you to sit back and enjoy the Pacific NW with your coffee or wine. Located minutes from the Seattle Ferry Terminal, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Olympic College, St. Michael`s Medical Center, Kitsap Conference Center, downtown Bremerton`s shops and restaurants, and Highway access.

Whether you are coming to visit family in the area or traveling for work this home will meet your expectations!
Outside you can find ample parking for 2-3 cars, with a covered carport spot for 1. Once inside you will be greeted by a cozy living room with beautiful water views equipped with a variety of games and books, a dining room to seat 4, and a well equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom holds a King bed with quality linens and blankets, a dresser, and desk. Secondary bedroom holds a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds) and ample closet space. The full bathroom is equipped with toiletries, blow dryer, and plenty of towels and wash clothes.

For young kids, we provide:
- kids plates, cups, and utensils
- high chair
- pack & play
- a few books/magazines and board games

The property was nice and clean when we arrived. The only issue we had was getting in. Our code did not work, but the staff was able to remotely reset the code, and we were able to get in. Everything worked, and we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Great view, centrally located; unit had all the necessary items (appliances, laundry items, etc.). Check out time would have been more convenient after lunch. Presence of ants was disconcerting.

Fun in Washington

It was a good place to stay for our visit central location to all activities we had planned. The unit was a very clean and with modern updates, the linens and towels were top quality, we thank you for having a pack and play and high chair. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The only concern my wife expressed was better lighting from parking area in rear to door.Over-all a great time was had by all and we would book it again.

Right Space for the Right Place

We chose this location because it was between all the destinations we were looking to visit in the Pacific North West - Olympic National Park, Rainier National Park, Seattle, Portland, and Bremerton. The public transit options are great too - there is a bus stop right outside the unit and getting to Seattle via ferry is very easy. The listing was on point, the location was super, and the unit was clean and easily accessible. The property manager, Melissa, was super helpful and responded quickly. Would rent again if we were to vacation in the PNW.
