The home overlooks the bay from the top of a bluff, approximately 50 feet above the water. Access to the beach and fire pit requires walking down and back up a long, steep grassy hill.

This spacious house offers privacy and quiet in its natural setting, but it's less than 10 minutes to the Bremerton Ferry or the Amazing Bremerton Shipyards, or the Sub Base at Bangor or to the unforgettable Elandon Gardens!

We love this home! We purchased it as a rental 10 years ago and though the market says it's a great time to sell, we can't say good bye to it.

It is magical to be so close to a bay and watch the water come in and go. The house is very privat and very idyllic.
