Jetty East 404A is a lovely condo with one bedroom and one bath accommodating up to four. Your family will have no problem settling into beach life in this bright and cheerful retreat. Gather together in the living room featuring a comfortable couch, side chair, and a table that readily accommodates four. The 40-inch TV and DVD player are perfect for movie nights and the open-air patio affords some quiet time while taking in gorgeous water views. The kitchen is simply delightful, featuring mosaic tile matching the shades of our stunning waterways. Your family will welcome a night in, and with all the utensils and cookware needed, you’ll be whipping up your own coastal creations in no time. Enjoy blissful sleep in the master suite with a king-sized bed, a dresser for your belongings, and a flat-screen TV, while the kids take the sofa bed in the living room. A stackable washer/dryer is nestled in the closet for your convenience.

Lounge by the pool, work on your tan at the beach or get lost in a good book in your cozy condo.You’ll find lots of family fun nearby, including Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, the Track, and Destin Harbor Boardwalk. Parking notes: Parking is available for one car. Boats, trailers, oversized vehicles, and buses are prohibited.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Great experience

The place was amazing the pool is heated year round epic hot tub even a grill area the ocean is a few short steps away easy beach chairs Free its gated noriega point is a quick drive .1 mile pay 20 to park swim area is netted bring umbrella with chairs be sure your cart goes in sand view is great harbor walk is close boshamps and all the great restaurants are less than 1 mile away grocery store easy do a walmart pick up and prepare to relax and have a great time and bed is plush pillow top what more could you ask for you literally you will not wanna leave you'll be sad when you check out

Pleasant

Like the property. Love the location. Nice view of bridge and bay. Had extra towels. Amenities as described. Sent two messages and never got a reply. We could not access "free beach service". Easy out to the beach - easy peasy. Not sure where designated area for disposing or trash was. A/C took a minute to figure out. Likely would stay here again.

Disappointed Anniversary

36 yr wedding anniversary *Balcony faced a very noisy construction crew *Both tv's not working first night *Refrigerator did not work had to go buy coolers for food bought . They eventually brought in a small refrigerator for remainder of stay. Not much help. *Check in is awkward because front desk has no affiliation but will direct you to the room. Because they had no one booked after us they allowed us a free night extension. That was good but they honestly aren't ready to rent in that area while construction is in progress.

Everything was great! It was a wonderful bed, clean condo and nicely decorated. But I was surprised that someone came into the condo, while we were on the beach, and stole my favorite sunflower earrings. No one was supposed to come in until after we left. Just so disappointed!!

Awesome place

We enjoyed our stay. Had to leave a day early due to hurricane. Some how the check out service found out and we told no one. Wondered if some thing in the room told them that.
