When we first arrived, we had to wait until after check in 4:00 pm to get in our room. And we didn’t receive a text or email that our room was ready. The door to the room was opened when we got to the room. The bathtub still had water in it and was filthy. The toilet was running the entire time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered upon arrival, particularly the lack of communication regarding your room, the open door, and the condition of the bathtub. We’re also sorry that the running toilet remained an issue throughout your stay, as these are not the conditions we want our guests to experience. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can address them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Perfect view, amazing beach!

The property was great! The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The beach was lovely and the water was amazing and calm. It wasn’t too crowded - always enough chairs and spots by the pool or beach. We will be back!

Nice place for a getaway

After a few hiccups with a leaking faucet and water soaking everything on the counter to the table from the repairs it was a nice stay. Would stay again, wish the big pool stayed opened later. But the smaller on was still pleasant.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the leaking faucet and the water issue — we appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve it. Your comments help us improve, and we’ll certainly look into extending the big pool hours in the future. We'd love to welcome you back for an even smoother and more relaxing stay next time!

Beautiful view and beach. Needed some maintenance - kitchen faucet was loose and lots of chipped trim. Wish there were 2 chairs in room for beach.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful view and beach — it's truly a special spot. We appreciate you pointing out the maintenance items like the loose kitchen faucet and chipped trim; our team has been notified and will take care of those right away.
