We had a nice stay. The host was extremely responsive. Things in the house were in good order. We loved the views from the back deck and the fishing from the dock was incredible. My husband caught many! Wifi very reliable too. I had to work remotely and no issues at all. The neighborhood is a little run down but one you're in the backyard... that isn't what you're focused on!

Original rating of property of all 5 stars probably originated by ownerPROS•View of the lake•Quiet neighborhoodCONS•Pool? More like a pond•No desk nor desk chair•Some of the ceiling lights (kitchen & dining) go off after a while•Fridge has temperature problem (at level 3, goes below 32F at night)•Google thermostat: has a mind of its own, fan always at maximum•Very limited cleaning articles (no broom, no mop, no vacuum cleaner, etc)•No recycling bin•AC ducts in dire need of cleaning•Property neglected overall•Very limited utensils & dishes•General wear and tear heavy •Most “ambience” outdoor lights don’t work

Hi Claude, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations, but we’ve since addressed all the concerns you mentioned. The pool area has been refreshed, lighting and appliances have been repaired, and a desk and chair have been added. We've also serviced the AC and fridge, provided cleaning supplies and a recycling bin, and restocked kitchen items. General maintenance and outdoor lighting have been updated as well. We appreciate your input and hope to provide a much better experience if you visit again.
