WELCOME TO CASA DEL SOL WHERE MIDCENTURY AND THE SUNNY TROPICS COLLIDE!!!
The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ultra private backyard surrounded by tropical foliage. Furnished in a midcentury modern style and is sparkling clean with lots of natural light. The newly updated kitchen is a cook's dream and is fully stocked with everything you will need! The master suite has a comfortable pillow top king bed, nice closet with storage and beautiful spa-like en suite bath. The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and share a new modern bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms have thin wall mounted TVs. The living room also has a new smart television and is open to the dining area that seats six comfortably. Then there is the sun-drenched sunroom overlooking the pool and tropical backyard, great spaces throughout to relax, enjoy a book or sip on a glass of wine with friends. Live like a local at Casa del Sol!!!
