Great place to stay in Chestnut Hill, PA

We stayed on the first floor unit. It was very spacious, cozy, and super clean. Loved the decor and new looking appliances. Loved the neighborhood and felt safe there. We walked to Germantown Ave. and was spectacular. McNally's Pub was great!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood just a few blocks to restaurants/shops on Germantown Ave. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and living room are all spacious and attractive and the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed. Communication with Nica was excellent. Noise from upstairs has been addressed with earplugs and white noise machines in the bedrooms. Easy street parking.

Farrrrrr exceeded my expectations!

I love the Chestnut Hill area of Philadephia and wanted to stay there. This was my best b-n-b experience I've ever had, and I've been using b-n-bs since 1994. The rooms are generous in size, everything is new, the decorations are tasteful, the coffee pods are many and diverse—in short: wow.

Perfect place for a family stay!

My family really enjoyed their stay at Cozy Chestnut Hill. My Philly family lives within blocks of the unit so visiting was so easy! The newly renovated property was even better in person. Very comfortable for my son, his wife and two toddlers. The location is great, a close walk to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, grocery stores and parks! I'm glad to have found the perfect place to stay the next time we are visiting our Philly family. Nica was very responsive and I appreciate the care that is provided to ensure a nice stay. Newly renovated everything is new and clean.

The place is newly renovated new appliances everything you needs are there include coffee, tea, cooking oil and spices. It’s deserve to be 5 stars place the reason I gave 4 stars is noise from above floor some reason I can hear every movements and every conversation from above floor especially when you are in bed. Although host talked to upper level people we still can hear their movements. Over all we enjoyed the place.

College Move In

Nica was wonderful to work with. Everything was very smooth and any question was addressed very quickly. We appreciated all the little things such as multiple coffee choices, ear plugs if needed, sound machines, cable cords for charging, etc. Place was very clean, decorated beautifully and completely updated. Parking close to the unit was not an issue. Great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, etc. Look forward to staying again during a future visit!

Noises from the upstairs apartment a problem

We loved the location, the apartment is very nicely appointed, we had everything we needed, the only problem is the soundproofing between the apartment upstairs and the unit we were in. We were awaken more than once out of a dead sleep, in the middle of the night, with loud bangs and noises from upstairs, so needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. This apartment is right near a close family member of ours, and we want to rent it again, but with that issue in mind, it gives us pause.

Beautiful property- very clean and comfortable!

This was a beautiful property, in a great location! It was very clean and had everything we needed and I would highly recommend this rental to others. Both beds were very comfortable, and the couch was also very large and comfortable for relaxing on. We could walk to all sorts of food options, so we didn't have to use our car very much, which was nice. The rental is for 4 people and they had 4 chairs at the dining table (plus two stools at the counter). We've found many other rental don't have enough chairs for everyone to sit at the same time, so this was nice. The only negative was that the upstairs renters were very noisy on our last two nights. I don't think they were doing anything crazy up there, but we could hear lots of scraping and thumping until 11pm each night, which was a little annoying. We would stay here again, though, as this was a wonderful rental unit in all other respects.

Family Christmas

This lovely townhouse was our home base for family gatherings over the Christmas holidays. It has 2 lovely master suites. Great beds, lovely decor, plenty of storage. It was hard to decide which we would take and which we’d leave for my son. The bathrooms are lovely- awesome shower heads and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked, high end Keurig, clean and newer frigde and stove. Adequate glassware and kitchen supplies. We cooked a full Christmas feast, only issues was the sensitive smoke detectors. The living room space was spacious with a higher end, very comfy couches. Great new tv, we bought our Apple TV and had access to all channels from home. There was plenty of street parking. We came and went most days and never had a problem. They are located very close to a grocery store and Germantown Ave in ChestnutHill is filled with delightful shops and well rated restaurants. Would stay here next yr if the need arises.
