Feb 2023 - Great Location, Comfy & Very Private
It was as, or better, than advertised. lovely grounds, spacious unit. well organized , well-equipped and user-friendly, convenient location. Weather was not the best...but the fabulous Desert Zoo just down the road was a perfect diversion! the only difficulty we ran into was that neither of the nearby pools was heated as described (though spas were nice and warm) and we had to call to find a pool on the property that I could swim in. management was very responsive in helping us with this.

Just inside the gate with a large green belt off the back patio. Close to El Paseo, Palm Desert and Indian Wells. Furniture is very comfortable. Unit was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great location and lots of bedroom space. However, the springs on the master bed were so loud (never experienced anything like it in my life) every movement woke my spouse and I up multiple times each night. Could not recommend unless this was addressed.

Wonderful stay in Ironwood. One of the best equipped homes I have ever stayed and extremely clean. Great layout for our family and loved that it is single story. We love Ironwood!

Kelly and Megan were very responsive and easy to work with. We rented their place for a month with different family members coming and going. The floor plan worked well for us and the location is very private. It was great having a garage for all the pool toys and having our car out of the sun. The home has some nice updates and we would stay there again.

This is a long deserved late review due to life getting in the way. Was a great experience from moment I opened the door until I closed it. Updated, spacious, nice yard, ( great for kids), private end unit, property manager responded quickly. I would rent again!! Reasonable price. Backed on to Portola so you could hear some traffic but not a problem at night. Bathrooms are a little tired.

Long Weekend for Extended Family Reunion

What an amazing place!!! Kelly & Megan’s condo in Palm Desert was the PERFECT place for me and my friends who were in town for an extended family reunion. The condo was super clean and very well appointed, with everything we could need for a super comfortable and easy stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had so much space that everyone could spread out - rest, socialize, and come and go as each of us wanted. Kelly also went above and beyond when our group decided, a bit last minute, to extend our stay by one night. Highly recommend! We will definitely return, and refer all of our friends and family, too.

Hosts were lively, very communicative and lots of directions for the stay! We love ironwood as a property, great for walking, pool time, close to el paseo and more. Property itself was nice and clean, updated kitchen and comfortable living space, clean linens and towels, nest thermostat and fans in every room. Condo it’s self isn’t fully renovated tho, definitely get some older corks but expected a bit based on the other properties I have stayed in at Ironwood. Definitely would rent again and loved our stay overall

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the privacy since this is an end unit. When we walk out the backyard, there is a enormous open space to play with our children. In summer the pool right out back is nice and warm, and in the fall/winter, it is just a short walk to the heated pool. We can walk to the Living Desert Zoo and it is less than a 5 minute drive to anything else we need! Also, coming from San Diego, this is one of the first stops out of the mountains, significantly shortening the drive time.
