Looking for a home that offers the quality and luxury that provides the ultimate getaway? You have found it!

**Please Note**

OFF SEASON BOOKINGS - the two houses are rented separately from each other so another group may be staying in the second home. The game room is also not available during the off season due to no heat and insulation. Non Summer months the second home is not included in price.

SUMMER BOOKINGS - Prices listed for summer rates include a second home. (May-August) Off-season pricing does not include a second home.


Enjoy a beach bonfire, drinks on the patio in the shade of a mature maple, or play basketball on the concrete drive out back.

When your outdoor activities are done, come inside for an easy meal prepared in the efficient kitchen then eaten at the dining table with a full view of the water, freighters, and lake activity. Top the day off by watching the sky change as the sun goes down behind you.

The large house offers sleeping for up to 12+ people comfortably situated in 5 bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen, 2 twin), one bedroom downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs. The second home has two bedrooms with 3 queen beds (and an extra twin you can put on the floor)

The kitchen and bathrooms are state-of-the-art and feature the latest fixtures. The shower in the master bath is built for 2 and both baths are decorated with granite countertops and ceramic tile.

Having visitors? There is parking for a motor home or RV, up to 40 feet long, at the top of the hill for added guests and available as part of your weekly or 3-day weekend. There is parking for about 10 cars.

Pets are loved but not allowed in this home, keeping it as allergen-free as possible.

I do have a second home on the property that can be added to your rental. This is a completely renovated two bedroom home (new furniture, new appliances, new kitchen, bathroom, paint... winter 2015) The home is very nice inside! There is an extra charge for this home - please call me for details as it depends on how many people are staying and what time of year. It is also available to rent by the week - please call me for details and pricing.

After your stay I ask for a quick email letting me know if there is anything we can add to make your next stay more enjoyable. We also keep a variety of books and movies at the home.

I have had a number of requests to have larger groups of single people stay for a long weekend or week.

Please note - for reservations for the summer I am only accepting reservations that take both homes (June - July - Aug) the summer price is for both homes. You will not find two homes 30 yards apart that are nicer in the area!!!

I have added a beach house and a few kayaks not shown in pictures!

We had a excellent stay at your lake house. Had everything we needed for a nice 4 day stay. Anytime I had issues with alarm code they reset over phone all my fault fat fingers an bad memory. We would definitely rent again family loved it.

Wonderful Winter Stay

Awesome stay

Everything was accommodating the host were so helpful..what stood out to me is that beach home or lake house feeling from the home designs made it feel so comfortable my kids loved it the view of waking up to the water and hearing the waves when you open your eyes was beautiful…I would definitely recommend to others and come back again when it’s warmer 🙏

Beautiful cottage

I can’t say enough about this beautiful cottage. Very inviting. Everything you need to have a great vacation experience is there. The beds are comfortable. Great kitchen. The view of Lake Huron and the sunrises are spectacular. Great vacation home.

Great Place!

My husband and I booked this property for New Years weekend with a large group of friends. It was the perfect space for us. Lots of room to hang out together and plenty of sleeping spaces. It’s right on the water and the view was amazing. The owner got back to us right away whenever we had questions.

Pt. Sanilac vacation stay

Generally clean overall, the inside of all cottages could have benefitted from "whole house" bug bomb. More spider webs and active spiders inside the house than usual. TV's and controls could use some maintenance/battery updates for controllers. Nice beachfront and hot tub access. Overall a very pleasant week on Lake Huron.

Wonderful! Incredible amenities and scenery!

Gorgeous home with incredible views both on the water and into the field across from the driveway, where deer gather at sunset around the apple trees. The home is well laid out, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with all you need to cook meals at home. The friendly neighbors were a bonus! The local eateries did not disappoint and we highly recommend The Stone Lodge and the Port Sanilac Marina, where dinner comes with views of the big lake. The game room was an added bonus and we enjoyed playing old time video games as a family. An all-around five star experience!

Love it!

we stayed over in January with 3 families. So much room for everyone. Everyone had their own space. Living and dining room was big enough for everyone to hang out. Property was well maintained with the snow we had, everything in the house was clean and well taken care of. Would love to have the summer experience here! Property manager was very helpful finding the house in the dark and answered any questions we had - great to deal with Thank you for having a great place for us to spend our weekend

Nice family get away

Stunning the place was a little small, smaller than expected, but it was beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are all small, except for one big master bedroom. I did not mind that though. The sitting outside was amazing. The grill was messed up and only one of the two worked. The working grill only had one side that was functional. They were very rusty and it took some time to clean them. Yeah their house was small, but it was good for one family. overall I love the place I would go again.

Beautiful view of the lake

Don’t advertise kayaks when there are no paddles to use kayaks. Houses need TLC. Pans are all old and hard to cook on. Rugs are very old and need to be replaced. Hot tub was a mess when we got there, but someone quickly arrived to clean it up. Bedrooms are very small, except the master. There is not much of a beach at all. We made the best of it. Brought a black stone with us to cook on which helped tremendously.

Beautiful views but won't return

View and breezes with shade were lovely. We loved the blue chairs and enjoyed the fire pit. The LR and DR provided good space for a group of 13. However, there were multiple maintenance issues in each house. We sent 9 of the more significant issues to the management team on Sunday night and they didn't come to fix until Friday after numerous contacts from us. When they did come, they didn't bring the list of concerns. For example, one bed frame had all broken boards under the mattress. One BR door wouldn't open and shut. Multiple lights were out. Outlets and lamps didn't work properly. Ants were abundant. Dishwasher leaked. One hot tub was unusable. We asked for more gas for the grill and never received it so couldn't grill. Only beaters and no mixer for making cake. And more.

Celebrated Cousin's weekend; location, amenities, & social space were just right!

Frank was great to work with! The house was just right for our group of 10. It is a beautiful spot, we enjoyed the hot tub, the kayaks, a trip to an apple orchard, and a nearby State park for a walk on the beach and in the woods. We hope to return next year!

Perfect Property

This property was perfect for our large group of friends to stay near the wedding location. Very near town and all of the fun activities. We could spend the day exploring and return for a relaxing evening of game playing and even a hot tub!
