A lovely cosy cottage in a beautiful rural area. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. The milk, biscuits and wine on arrival were a very welcome tou.ch
Such a lovely cottage for a relaxing getaway in the Dales. Great location for exploring the popular spots as it's only about 20-30 mins drive from most places.
It's such a peaceful setting with a well equip kitchen and most luxurious bedding and towels provided. We also had some milk and snacks left for us which was a lovely touch.
The mattresses are probably due a change as they weren't very firm but I still had a lovely sleep.
Car parking space being provided was fantastic!

The property is set in a beautiful spot with 360 views of the stunning countryside round about and is perfectly situated for exploring the Peak District. We had a few initial teething problems on arrival but a call to the owner quickly sorted them and their son was on site and really helpful letting us use their garage to store our mountain bikes. The cottage inside is comfortable but the furnishings are looking a bit tired and the telly is tiny by todays standards. The addition of a decent rug downstairs and a small supply of logs/kindling for the fire would be a great addition to make it a bit more cosy. All that said I would highly recommend the accommodation for a short break.
