The outside of the property was a little outdated. However the inside of the condo was nice and dated. The location was everything we wanted. The parking was terrible and walking up three flights of stairs wasn’t the most pleasant but it didn’t kill us.

Thank you for staying at Sand Dollar, Unit 303 and for sharing your feedback. I’m glad the interior and the location met your needs. I’m sorry the exterior felt outdated and that parking and the three flights of stairs were inconvenient. We appreciate you letting us know — your feedback helps us improve.
