Fun in the sun awaits you in this this stunning, newly renovated home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a sparkling blue pool! Bright and beautiful living space with a fresh two tone paint scheme. The kitchen features new luxury cabinets and granite counter tops.
Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths located a short drive from the excitement of the famous Las Vegas strip, 17 miles to Lake Mead, and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, casinos, shopping malls and everything you need to feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with all appliances opens up to the dining room.
Relax and unwind by the private pool- enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails at night! The property also features a large circular driveway and gated RV parking.

There are multiple living spaces throughout the home for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio features an in-ground pool, and a full outdoor dining set.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The other 2 bedrooms (Queen bed) have super comfortable mattresses and high end luxury linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.
Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.


You will have full access to the home including the Gated RV parking open parking pool and all amenities.
(Garage is not available)

- Our pool maintenance person comes every Monday.

House Rules we would ask kindly for you to follow.
- No smoking inside, (outdoors is ok). Please discard any and all cigarette butts in the silver buckets located in the back yard and/or trash cans
- There are no pets of any kind allowed, without prior approval to your stay. Pet cleaning fee must be paid in advance prior to your stay. ($100 dollar per stay)
- If you bring a pet please pick up after them. We do not allow the pets on any furniture or bedding.
-No Eating, on the beds or furniture.

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $190.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property or pool area.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, missing items or additional cleaning.


Pool is not heated!
Guests must agree to the following before using the pool:
1. No kids under the age of 16 can swim without adult supervision.
2. You must keep all gates to the pool area closed at all times.
3. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
3. No running, diving, flips or horse play of any kind is allowed.
4. If you swim at night please use the pool light and be quiet (9pm - 8am) to respect the neighbors.
5. Pool light switch is located in next to the pool pump and filter.
6. We ask that if you turn the pool light on please turn if off when you are finished
7. If you notice any pool problems please do not swim at all and notify us immediately so that we can address it.
8. Please do not use the inside towels (Brown Towels)for swimming. Please only use the pool towels. They are located in the laundry room.
9. If there is an emergency, please dial 911 immediately.

Guest(s) understand that hosts/homeowners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests for using the pool of any kind. Under no circumstances will guests hold the owners or host of this Airbnb/vacation rental responsible for any injuries, damages or claims of any kind resulting from using the pool or staying. This agreement and disclaimer applies to all guests in the Renters’ party. Renters are fully responsible for any and all additional guests who come on the property when they are renting it. This disclaimer was acknowledged and agreed upon prior to booking this home through Airbnb.
