Great communication with host. Very close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores. Close to the airport and the strip. This felt like the perfect location near hiking and the Vegas strip in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Home is clean and beautiful.

Great space!

Our family of four stayed here as a hub for our local adventures and found it perfect for our needs. It was clean, gave us just enough space, and felt just a bit luxurious, as well. It really had all we could ask for and in a great location. Only suggestion we might have for the owners would be to consider providing a small cooler or insulated bag.

Overall, our stay was great! The house took a little while to cool down with temperatures over 100°, but eventually got down to our desired temperature. Ricky was very quick to respond, which was appreciated! We will definitely consider staying here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Quiet neighborhood on the south end of the city, which made it perfect for us to attend a convention at the South Point Hotel & Casino just 2 miles away.The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living spaces were bright and inviting. We especially appreciated the attention to detail—from thoughtful touches around the home to clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze.If you’re looking for a relaxing place to unwind while still being close to the action, this is the spot. When I had a question our host responded within minutes, thank you! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Wedding stay

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and were so pleased with this place. It was exactly how it was advertised. Very clean, homey and well-appointed. The large bathroom and all the natural light was perfect for getting ready and the outdoor space was so nice to sit and watch our grandson play. My biggest disappointment was that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the fire pit. Our host was incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. This place made our special weekend even better. We would definitely stay here again.
