Beautiful, spacious oceanfront condo, luxury inside and out!

Located directly on the white sands of the famous Seven Mile Beach of Grand Cayman, our Crescent Point condo is steps away from wonderful snorkeling, swimming, or floating in the sea. Crescent Point is a beautiful resort of only 24 condos. Ours, on the second floor, is one of six fronting directly on the sea. It has an open floorplan allowing breathtaking views from the kitchen, dining, living areas, and master bedroom. A screened porch spans the entire width of the condo overlooking the ocean. The property has a salt water pool with a hot-tub and soothing waterfalls. A fully equipped fitness center, 2 bbq grills, and lush landscaping with tropical flowers and manicured lawns complete this extremely highly rated property. The beach is beautiful and wide with breezes rustling through the palm trees, a great place to relax, play or view the gorgeous Caribbean sunsets.
We have free Wi-Fi, cable t.v., maid service, and elevator access.

We loved our stay! The lanai can't be beat and in the rare time we were inside, we had plenty of space for 5 adults. The beach in front is rocky but it was just a short walk down the road to find the soft sandy part of the beach. We would highly recommend this condo.

We were very impressed with this condo. The property is lovely and the location could not be better. The screened porch is right on the beach and we enjoyed having coffee and watching the sun come up. The pool and the grounds are beautiful. There is a very helpful property manager who is always available. We hope to return soon.

We stayed at this property in Grand Cayman from February 12 to 21, 2026 for a guy’s SCUBA trip, and it could not have been a better fit for our crew of three.From the very beginning, the hosts set the tone for an outstanding experience. Even during the booking process, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. They answered every question quickly and thoroughly and made coordinating the trip feel effortless, and even when we got a bit off-track with a scheduling glitch on our end, they remained flexible and understanding. Once we arrived, that level of care continued. The local support staff on-site continued to operate at a top-level of care and concern. It felt like being welcomed by people who genuinely wanted our trip to be a success.The home was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for gear, wetsuits, and all the equipment that comes with a serious week of diving.The location was ideal with easy access to everything along with amazing views from the balcony. After long days underwater or sightseeing, it was a luxury to come back to a place that felt private, quiet, and truly comfortable.If you are planning a trip to Grand Cayman this property checks every box. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything exceeded expectations

Location was great, condo was fabulous with a screened in porch that was useful all times of the day, and the whole complex was very well maintained and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and appliances. Daily fresh towels were wonderful. Lots of great restaurants within a short drive and loved Piccolos coffee shop next door. Plenty of parking for a rental car, and the neighborhood always felt very safe. We will be back.

Perfect Spot!

Huge, well appointed condo on the southern end of 7MB. Has its own private beach with chairs and umbrellas and was never crowded. Very rocky around this part of 7MB but plenty of sand to sit on and smooth access into the ocean via the cove not to far away. We choose this location for the snorkeling and it did not disappoint! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and close enough to all other parts of 7MB with a short cab/bus ride. Great pool and hot tub also! Would stay here again for sure!!

Perfect seaside porch!

The porch was heaven, we spent many hours on the chaises listening to the surf. Our fight was delayed, but the property manager was wonderful, staying late and in touch. She also took several extra minutes making sure we were well settled and had the WiFi code. We were able to sit in the hot tub often and many restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed here for a week with family. Location was excellent. Kids loved the beach and pool. Booking was easy. Staff was helpful. Beach was rocky but snorkeling was great right at the condo and sandy water entry is a 2min walk down the beach. Diving was excellent and all the dive shops will pick up right at condo. If we come back to GC (lots of the world left to see) we will stay here again.

Beautiful property, off Seven Mile Beach

Very nice, we’ll equipped condo on 2nd floor, oceanfront. We thought we had rented where we could walk 7miles of beach. The downside was that we had to walk a bit of road or a deep rocky area to get there. The upside is that this location is uncrowded. Pauline was so fabulous at taking care of our every need. Great restaurants in walking distance. We did rent a car to get to all the snorkel and points of interest.

Spotless, serene and gorgeous!

The main "great" room is actually bigger than the photos portray. The beds are super comfy. The housekeeping is great - daily service timed to our family's schedule. As global VRBOers, it was nice to have some basics provided throughout our one-week stay - TP, paper towels, diswashing pods, shampoo/soap - things you often have to buy at other rentals. As the end unit of the end building, it was beautifully peaceful. Sitting on that porch just staring out at the water was heaven. Before arriving, I had wondered why the porch was screened in - not wondering any more! Birds, butterflies (and a few mosquitoes) would have made the porch a flying wildlife playground if the screen wasn't there. You really can't walk into the water directly in front of the unit - too many rocks - but easy entry in front of the neighboring resort (all beaches are public) is a 60-second walk. Plenty of free parking. Easy walking to great restaurants. Very safe environment. Wonderfully effective A/C. Spacious kitchen (though we only ate breakfast in the unit). Property manager Pauline is super responsive to any need/request - and she's really nice too :). Unit #10 is just perfect/gorgeous. HIGHLY recommend!

Great, BUT....

The property was excellent and the staff were very helpful, BUT, the property is right next to a major construction project which we were not informed about. We were awakened every morning except Sunday at 7 AM by the loud beeping of vehicles backing up and throughout the day there was construction noise that at times drove us off the veranda and out of the unit. In addition, one day we had to walk to the Marriott when they struck a water pipe and the water was shut off for the afternoon. The project started in December and we were never notified because we would have changed our plans. It is the start of a large condo building 30 feet away and I do not have any idea how long the noise will continue.

Great Condo with excellent location

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Pauline was very nice and very accomodating. The daily maid service was a huge unexpected plus. Unit was always very clean with fresh towels daily. My only concern was the tile in the unit and balcony, when the slight bit of water spilt on the floor made it an ice skating rink. But other than that everything was perfect. Thanks so much, we had a great time. Deb

Quiet, Clean, and Beautiful!

This is one of the most beautiful properties! The views are amazing and the property is immaculate and so perfect. It is located in the perfect spot on seven mile beach. It is close walking distance to lots of restaurants and some of the best snorkeling right outside your door! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning again.

Grand cayman condo -lovely escape!

Truly lovely appointed Cayman condo on snorkeling end of 7 mile beach. Quieter than main area - wonderful to have more privacy and less noise. Well set up with all you need in the kitchen, washer/dryer and condo to make for a worry free vacation. Pleasant front receptionist Pauline helpful. Daily maid service, at requested time was a nice touch. Highly recommend this as a great location for families or couples wanting to enjoy the Caribbean. We hope to be back soon. Thank you to the owners for the opportunity to rent!
