Pacific Knoll - Oceanfront!
You will feel as if you are one with the ocean at this beautiful 3 bedroom single level oceanfront home in peaceful Arch Cape, Oregon - just ten minutes south of Cannon Beach!
Gorgeous wooden walls in the foyer greet you upon entering, with stunning natural light coming from the skylight above the front door. Down the hall to the left of the foyer, you will find the spacious living room that offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean! Guests can socialize with each other on the comfy couch and two adjoining day chairs. Enjoy your morning breakfast at the dining table that seats six and overlooks the water. Turn on the fireplace to kick back and relax on those chilly evenings with the expansive windows where the rolling Pacific is always on display.
Just off the expansive living area is the updated kitchen which is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need to prepare a quick meal, or a gourmet snack! Its close proximity to the living area makes it possible for you to prepare meals and still be a part of the conversation.
Adjacent to the living room, you will find a small hallway leading to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and a lovely view of the Pacific Ocean. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids! There is a set of bunk beds and a single bed with trundle. The first bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is roomy enough for a soak after a fun filled day on the beach.
To the right of the front foyer you will find the third bedroom that has a queen bed, and across is the second bathroom with a large vanity. You'll appreciate the washer/dryer located in this hall for a quick clean up and less dirty clothes to bring home!
The back of the home is where your outdoor living begins. From the patio you have amazing ocean views. There's a line of Adirondack chairs to relax in, read or just kick back and listen to the surf. You will truly feel relaxed and can easily get lost in the sound of the waves and breathtaking views. Perfect for sunsets and lazy afternoons!
Located just south of Cannon Beach in Arch Cape, you're a short 10 minute drive to a number of restaurants, stores, and favorite activities in the Pacific Northwest.
You are welcome to bring your dog buddy with you! Please know there's a $60 plus tax fee per dog per stay.
