Moorings golf course home! Very Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Naples single family house features a screened-in lanai and a private pool overlooking the beautiful Moorings golf course. Enjoy beautiful sunsets in the Southwest exposure lanai. Property is just minutes from local shops and restaurants, and 5th Ave. Walk or bike to the beach or local amenities. Electric, water, sewer, irrigation are included. Landscaping and pool are professionally maintained and also included. I am the owner and manager. Realtors may contact me with commission payment.
