Escape to this stunning custom-built space, designed for the perfect all-season getaway! Built with meticulous attention to detail, this ~1000 sq. ft. home boasts high-end finishes and a thoughtfully designed layout that feels incredibly spacious.

* Relax under the stars by a brand new firepit
* Float down the Androscoggin ~3 miles up the road at Newt's Landing
* Fish or camp at Crocker Pond ~2 miles away into the Ntl Forrest
* Hike in any direction - the property is on 2.5 acres on a near silent road

You will not be disappointed by the unobstructed views of the White Mountain National Forest from the deck. Hike all three Notches (Evans Notch 16 miles, Grafton Notch 21 miles and Pinkham Notch 30 miles). Ski Sunday River and Mount Abram ~20 minutes away. Snowmobile the ITS trail on the property or rent in Gorham NH. Ample cross country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities right in town.

Brand new 500 sqft patio & firepit built Aug 2021 - fantastic for a summer in Western Maine. My home is situated in the perfect location central to Bethel center and many restaurants and bars. It's also incredibly accessible if you enjoy a peaceful walk but have limited mobility. "Flat Road" is just as described - miles of easy ground with beautiful views of neighboring farms and the mountains.

The home...unique built ins make this space feel well thought out and uncluttered. Beds are very comfortable and all linens will be provided. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all cooking amenities. Relax in front of the fireplace while taking in the views of the mountains. Wifi offers access to Netflix and other streaming apps if you please. There is a PS4 as well. Guests are free to use the outdoor gas grill while weather permits.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure the shower is not dripping before leaving the house. The bottom lever controls the on/off. Turn lights off inside and out.
Put trash in the first shed. It appears locked but is not. Secure grill cover and return chairs by the fireplace.
Please don’t start the washer. Put used linens and towels in a pile. Don’t take duvet cover off or decorative pillow shams.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property is fantastic. The house is set back from the road which is great for little ones and has great views from the deck during the day and a great look for stars at night.

Clean and completely uncluttered, my home is for visitors that are looking for a comfortable and cozy stay in Western Maine. With a very intentional design, you'll be amazed at how spacious it feels while only being 1000 sq/ft. My home is not just suited for skiers or the winter months. Perfectly located, visitors can head in any direction and hit local attractions within minutes during all seasons - something that makes this property very unique! If you are simply looking for peace and quiet, I can guarantee you will find that here : )
