Sunset Hill is a premier gateway to experience a mix of simplicity and splendor. Just off of Interstate 79 it is driving distance from Erie, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. This farmhouse getaway offers an escape from the fast-moving metro areas, yet is close to many local attractions. The home features a large back yard with many outdoor games in the summertime and includes a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and much more. Great for families and large groups.
The space
House has a full kitchen set, fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, & washer/dryer. Entertainment amenities include cable TV, board games, bocce set, volleyball set, and much more.

This was a nice place that accommodated the whole extended family. It was the perfect staging location for visitors attending a wedding. The pool and spa were the perfect place to unwind. Thank you for the hospitality.

Gorgeous property, spacious and comfortable! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Clear instructions posted visibly. We did have a little trouble figuring out the stove and grill but we got there. :) Got to watch a family of deer from the back patio.

This was our second yr staying at the farmhouse and again it didn’t disappoint !! The house looks great with all the upgrades they did this yr…The kids and grands just love the indoor pool and rec room area and there is plenty of outside accommodation for us to cook and enjoy our weekend together. The only disappointment is that it is always booked over the holidays ….but we will be back again..next summer …Thank you for sharing such an awesome place !!!

Everything was lovely, hospitality outstanding Will most likely return. only problem was one friend fell on uneven driveway as we were loading to leave Other than that our group had a blast!

Great way to end the summer

We were so pleased with the accommodations and all the extra perks on the property.. we have a big family and there was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. The pool area was bar none the best part of tour stay as we have avid swimmers and they enjoyed it all weekend..can’t wait to book again .. thanks 😊

Best place ever!

Truly a wonderful long weekend celebrating our youngest wedding! The house was perfect, well stocked and amazing facilities with the pool and hot tub and sauna! Wow! The day after the wedding the kids were up at the crack of dawn and spent ten hours in the pool! Plenty of life jackets and lovely outdoor space too! Thank you for everything!

Pool life

Pool was the place to be. Niece loved having her own bathroom. A little on the small size, the showers. But they work. Loved being there. Thanks for the snacks and water. That made our vacation even better.

Great home!!!

We had a unique situation in that our family was having a memorial for my mother in law. Family came from VA, KY, and PA. The house was great because it allowed us all be together, have extra family over after memorial, and enjoy some recreational fun together. Pool was fantastic!! Far bigger than we expected. The hosts were exceptional about responding to our every question. They were super helpful and flexible in working with us for our situation!! Truly a house that fit our needs and then some. Not living in PA it was hard to navigate some of the extras with the funeral but they were great. You won’t be disappointed staying here!! Especially if you have kids 😊

We all said several times that this is the nicest rental for a relaxing weekend away. The house is very clean, basic, but the pool room is amazing and it was the best place to be snowed in!
