Great Family Condo

This condo was perfect location, steps from the beach, easy access to the island and the unit was newly renovated. It had a family would need to enjoy a week or more on Anna Maria/Holmes Beach. Great stay!

Nicely appointed recently updated condo. Quiet, good location. Good communication with property manager when necessary

Be prepared

The pool finally opened days before we left. It’s ice cold and won’t be heated till fall. Also if traveling with kids be prepared this is a retirement community and they don’t like children. Even well behaved kids will be chastised and reprimanded. Unit is lovely! Was not cleaned very well and had to wash all dishes before using.
