120-Acre Private Estate: Heated Pool, Fire Pit, Apple Orchard, Catskills Views

BRAND NEW LISTING — More Photos Coming Soon!

Welcome to our family’s private 120-acre estate, centered between the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires with sweeping Catskill Mountain views.

This is not just a place to stay — it’s a destination in itself. For years, our family has designed, cared for, and enjoyed this property as a place to gather, reconnect, celebrate, and spend time together. We have opened our family home to guests because we believe the experience of being here — surrounded by nature, privacy, open space, and thoughtful amenities — is something worth sharing.

Every part of the property has been shaped around togetherness. Mornings can begin with coffee overlooking the Catskills, afternoons can be spent swimming in the heated pool, walking the private trails, picking fruit from the orchard, or relaxing by the pond, and evenings can end with dinner on the porch, a movie night, a game of billiards, or stories around the fire pit under the stars.

The estate was designed for families, friends, and groups who want more than just a home base while visiting the Berkshires or Hudson Valley. You can absolutely explore nearby Hudson, Chatham, Lenox, Tanglewood, and the surrounding towns — but you can also spend an entire week on the property and never run out of ways to enjoy it.

Our goal is simple: to offer the kind of place where people can slow down, spread out, reconnect, and create the same kind of lasting memories that our own family has been lucky enough to make here.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

STAIRS:

The main living area is upstairs, while other living and bedroom areas are downstairs. The downstairs area is easily accessible with single steps.

INDOOR FIREPLACE NOTICE:

For safety, the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

SECURITY AWARENESS:

Four exterior cameras are installed facing outward for guest and property safety. There are no interior cameras, and cameras do not actively record sound during guest stays.

PET POLICY:

Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome at the property. We know dogs will love roaming the grounds, exploring the trails, and enjoying the open space — and we also understand that, with that much land to play on, they may get muddy.

To help keep the home clean and comfortable, we have set up a hose by the side door so dogs can be rinsed off before coming inside. If your dog gets muddy during your stay, we kindly ask that you wash them off before allowing them back into the house, especially before they go on any furniture, so mud does not stain the upholstery, rugs, or bedding.

Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets during their stay. Any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, or replacement of damaged items may result in an additional fee.

Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable and well maintained for all future guests.

WILDLIFE AWARENESS:

The property is located in a rural area. You may see deer, foxes, geese, coyotes, or bears. Please be cautious and avoid leaving food or trash outdoors uncovered.

MAINTENANCE:

Regular lawn, garden, pool, and routine property care may occur during your stay. Snow plowing may also occur during the winter months.
If any maintenance needs to take place during your visit, we will communicate with you in advance whenever possible.
Additional cleaning may be available upon request for longer stays.

A NOTE FROM OUR FAMILY:

This home has always been a place for our family to come together — for holidays, long weekends, summer days by the pool, dinners on the porch, walks through the orchard, and quiet mornings overlooking the mountains.

This is a family-run property, and this is our personal home, not a large commercial rental. A great deal of care has gone into making it a place where people feel comfortable, connected, and at ease. We hope guests experience the property the way we do: as a place to gather with the people they care about, enjoy the land, slow down, and make memories.

Because this home is deeply meaningful to us, we kindly ask that guests treat the house, grounds, and amenities with care and respect. We take pride in maintaining the property for our own family and for future guests, and we are grateful for your help in keeping it special.

My girlfriends and I stayed here and we all had an amazing time! It’s the perfect escape from the city! The property is incredibly private, sitting on a huge piece of land with a ton of nature to explore. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the listing photos don't do them justice! They even had some fun board games for us to play, which was a nice touch. The host was super communicative, making everything seamless. Plus, the property is located close to the lovely Berkshires towns. I would definitely come back with friends and family!
