Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in pile on bathroom floor.
Take trash to dumpster in parking lot and make sure gate is locked when closing g.
Make sure lights are off and door is locked.
Please Make sure storm door is latched when going in or out as wind can be strong and damage door if not closed properly.

Easily access to multiple hiking trails, NC breweries & wineries.
There are several restaurants in walking distance from the condo or stock up on supplies at Fred's Mercantile.
Downtown Banner Elk is a short 10-minute drive from the condo where there are several restaurants, shopping and outdoor entertainment (seasonal).
