PJ's Perch is a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom cabin located just minutes from Eureka's shopping district, restaurants and attractions. Located on a dead-end street, this private, quiet home has plenty of off-street parking, room enough for a boat trailer or jet skis.

Inside the Perch, a large stone, gas fireplace welcomes you to sit and stay awhile. Beautifully decorated in a rustic fishing lodge theme, the wing-backed leather chairs and hand carved table invite you to relax. The fully furnished kitchen includes stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and all the dishes, bakeware, pots and pans you will need. Sheets, towels, linens are all included. There are teas, coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn for your pleasure. Cable tv and dvd player, and Wi-Fi included.

The back deck has plenty of seating and a 6-person table. Sit and sip coffee while the deer run through the back yard. The hot tub is waiting for you to enjoy, and can seat 5. There is a charcoal Weber grill, should you decide to grill out. We have guests that graciously leave charcoal and starter (someimes). Your furry family will enjoy the large, fenced-in back yard to roam...over 1/2 an acre.

Bring your boat or jet skis. Beaver and Table Rock lakes are nearby. Hiking trails are near and plenty of attractions to keep one busy.

Most of our guests are repeat customers. They come back year after year after year. We hope you will enjoy our cabin, as well.

Please take all the trash and place in trash cans downstairs outside the bedroom
Please leave the kitchen clean. Do not forget the coffee pot. place all dishes in dishwasher and start or wash by hand.

Our second stay here. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything needed. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Christmas tree in living room was a cozy touch. Close enough to do all the shopping and activities around town but located in nice quiet residential area. Thanks for sharing your home.

This is a spacious house with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It’s on a quiet street surrounded by trees. The road getting there is quite rough, but that’s the town’s concern. It was close to everything that we wanted to do and there is a great grocery in Eureka Springs. The hot tub was very nice.

Eureka Perfect Location

Clean, nicely decorated. It was nice having some games there and the kitchen had everything we needed/wanted including a few snacks. Downstairs was a little weird since it used a space heater to keep it warm, but that worked well so no complaints!

We've stayed in at least 10 rentals over the years and this cabin blows the others away. The beautiful cabin is very spacious and clean with a HUGE fenced in yard perfect for our dogs. The cabin is located on a very quiet street but only a mile to downtown Eureka Springs. The new huge modern 8 seat hot tub was clean, very powerful and so relaxing. Tip: If you sit in the corners you get a great mid to upper back massage. Sitting along the wall gets your lower back. You get a leg/feet massage anywhere.We can't wait to go back !

Great in Every Way

We stayed Thursday to Sunday in this cabin and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It has three bedrooms and three baths, perfect, plus a pullout sofa which we used also. Everything was in working order and clean and the response from the host was always quick. The hot tub was a special treat in the unseasonably cold weekend that we chose. I highly recommend this location!

After staying at the Perch for many years, it became available for sale. I jumped at the chance. We purchased the property in 2005, have updated the kitchen and replaced some things, but haven't changed much. Our guests like it that way. John and I have no children but have two hairless Chinese Crested dogs that go with us everywhere. We work at a newspaper, so we try to get away from the stressful life and head to the Perch whenever we can. The whole city comforts us.

Why they chose this property

We get up in the morning and sit on the back deck and enjoy coffee while listening to the birds and watch the wildlife run through the back yard. At night, we enjoy a glass of wine, sitting in the hot tub. Occasionally we will bring in a couple of massage therapists and enjoy a couple's massage by the fireplace. We love the area, the beauty of the Ozarks and the people are second to none. Eureka is a very comfortable, relaxing area. We love it. We know you will too.

What makes this property unique

Private but not secluded. Far enough from downtown that you cannot hear the traffic but close enough (a few minutes) to everything.
