Family Beach house for rent. Sleeps 5 to 6. This is a quiet getaway, about as private as it gets. Only accessible with a 4X4 vehicle. Enjoy a quick ride to the beach during the day and the sound of the waves at night. Take walks and see the wild horses! Easy access to the owner if support is needed. This is a quiet, residential area. Please be respectful. Enjoy! Saturday to Saturday only due to the cleaners schedule.

Why they chose this property
This is a truly unique, private, and peaceful property. You will be sharing the beach and your property with wild horses that live here year round! You may get to see them while driving on the beach or in the backyard.
You are allowed to park your vehicle on the beach throughout the day as long as you display a beach parking permit. You will be provided with one beach parking permit for your stay. If the permit is lost or misplaced or stolen during your stay, there will be a $200.00 fee charged as we will have to purchase a new one from the county.
You must have a 4x4 vehicle to access the property. You will drive off of a paved road and onto the beach. You will be driving in sand for approximately 7 miles to get to the property. You must also air down your tires before driving onto the sand. You must have a 4x4 vehicle and you must air down your tires or you will get stuck. There are tow trucks readily available if you don't. But it is no small fee. If this is your first time visiting 4x4 Carova Beach, we don't recommend arriving late at night or at high tide as there are no street lights on the beach- just the moonlight and you! Please be mindful of the tide chart in advance so you know when to avoid driving during high tide.
The town of Corolla is about a 20 minute drive from the property. It is a beautiful, quaint village that has everything you would need and more! Plenty of entertainment for the whole family!

This property is about as private as it gets, as you are nestled among the trees. Although you can't see them, please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors in the area as they live here year round. Watch your noise level after 10pm.
