Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and groceries, then come home to a pool, hot tub and backyard games. Galicia is a fully remodeled, modern home for up to 12 guests, with five bedrooms, eight beds and three full bathrooms.



Spend the morning on the putting green, head out for lunch on foot, and return for an afternoon by the pool. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends or your golf group, there are places to gather, play and unwind throughout the home.



The nearby PV dining and shopping district gives your group options for coffee, dinner and an evening out. Whole Foods is within walking distance for grocery runs, and Sprouts is nearby, too. For outings farther afield, explore Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland and the area’s golf courses by car.



Your backyard is yours to enjoy:

Challenge friends to a game of pool, practice your putting or shoot a few baskets. When dinner is ready, gather under the covered patio, then finish the evening with a soak in the hot tub or time around the fire pit.



Inside, the open kitchen, dining and living areas keep everyone connected. Quartz counters, modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances provide a comfortable setting for preparing meals together. The kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, a dishwasher, and Keurig and drip coffee makers.



The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the kitchen island. Settle into the living room for a movie on the 75-inch Smart TV, or enjoy a book in the additional sitting nook. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.



Five bedrooms offer a mix of shared beds and individual sleeping spaces:



- Primary king suite: One king bed, its own private ensuite bathroom and French doors opening to the pool.

- Second king bedroom: One king bed with direct access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

- Queen bedroom: One queen bed with access to that same Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

- Twin bedroom: Two XL twin beds.

- Queen and twin bedroom: One queen plus two XL twin beds, all together in the same room.



Every bedroom has its own Smart TV. The home has two kings, two queens and four XL twins in total.



The Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects the second king and queen bedrooms. Depending on your group’s sleeping arrangements, it can be shared between those rooms or used privately with the second king bedroom, giving you the option of a second king ensuite. The primary suite’s private bathroom is separate from this arrangement.



There are three full bathrooms: the primary ensuite with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower; the Jack-and-Jill with a tub/shower combination and double vanity; and a third bathroom with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.



For families, a removable pool fence, Pack ’n Play and high chair are available at no additional charge on request. Please let us know before arrival if you would like these prepared. A full-size washer and dryer are available, along with driveway parking.



Please note these optional services and fuel arrangements:



- Pool heating: Optional at $50 per night. When heating is requested, we set the heater to 84°F and use a pool cover to help retain warmth before your arrival. Actual water temperature varies with weather, and the heater does not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F.

- Hot tub: Use is included at no additional charge.

- Fire pit propane: We provide a tank, but guests are responsible for the propane. Because usage varies, we cannot guarantee enough fuel for your entire stay. You may arrange a refill as needed, or we can deliver a filled propane tank for $75.

- BBQ propane: One full tank of propane is included for the BBQ grill. Guests are responsible for any additional propane needed during their stay.
