Beautiful saltwater pool home with room for the family and fido! Just a short drive to area beaches, restaurants and shopping. 8.8 miles to Carolina Beach, 10.2 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 8.5 miles to Historic Downtown Wilmington. Close to parks and cross city trail, The Pointe at Barclay for movies and restaurants. Home features a first floor bedroom with King bed and attached shared full bathroom. 2nd floor features a second suite with 2 queen beds and private bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed across the hall from a powder room, and a loft area for hanging out or playing foosball. Upon entering the home you'll find 2 cozy living and entertaining areas that flow into the open kitchen and dining room which comfortably seats 6. Out back you'll find a lovely yard with salt water pool, palm tree, hammock and mature live oak. Choose from any of our many outdoor seating/gathering areas! Home is pet friendly for well trained dogs. There's room to park your boat!

This was our second time staying here. It’s in a great location that’s quiet and has a great yard for our dog to run around in. We never got a chance to use the pool because it was too cold!

The home, the fenced yard and the pool made this trip a success!! We came to NC with our 2 Aussies, and had visions of walking the beaches in the morning, exploring some sites and then head back to the house in the afternoons for some pool time... But Rapp and Reacher weren't big fans of the ocean and beach walks..So having the fenced yard and pool were big hits for all of us, as we spent more time there than planned.. They enjoyed exploring the fenced yard and hanging out in the shade of the trees..and we truly enjoyed the pool, and the quiet neighborhood made for great morning walks! Getting around town was easy and the location made for quick errands, and back to the great kitchen and TV room area...for bird watchers, we saw a pair of Cardinals every day! Lastly, anytime we had a question, Stephanie was super quick to respond! A great time for us, and we look forward to the next opportunity to come back to Wilmington!

Post July 4th NC stay

Had a great mini week with our adult kids visiting friends, spending time at the beach and enjoying the pool. The hideaway space was a great space to enjoy cooking and hanging outside.

Relaxing family getaway

The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is HUGE, beautiful, and comfortable- a true home away from home. My 14 year old granddaughter already asked to go back for a longer vacation. It is halfway between Wilmington and Carolina Beach. It took about 15 mins to drive to Wrightsville. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely book another stay or two!

Just what we needed

Our original intention was to explore Wilmington and surrounding beaches but the house and pool were so amazing we only left to eat out on occasion. Literally everything we needed was there; pool, puzzles, coffee maker. Delightful stay.

First family vacation to Wilmington

We will certainly stay at this welcoming property again when we visit Wilmington. The pool area was exceptional. Perfect temp and clean. The property is perfect for our family to interact and yet plenty of space to spread out too. Our dog loved checking out the property. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood quiet. Its convenient to grocery stores and restaurants in the area and the beaches and Riverwalk. We will definitely visit this house and Wilmington again in the future.

The property owner was nice and quickly responsive in answering all questions. The place was clean, great pool, quiet neighborhood, room to spread out. My first Vrbo experience, and I was happy. We like Wrightsville Beach, and it’s about 20 min to that beach from the house.

Incredible family get-away

This was the perfect place for our family's summer vacation. We stayed two weeks, swimming ALL day in the pool and exploring the many awesome destinations in and around Wilmington. We loved how the house allowed equal parts relaxation and play. 10/10 would do again and recommend!
