The bathrooms feature walk in showers and a soothing Overhead showerhead w handheld water wand w limitless hot water heated by a tankless water heater. Central air/Heat and ceiling fans provide respite on our steamy New Orleans days. Guests are granted full access to a comfortable kitchen and modern dining
After exploring Jackson Square, visiting the Arts District, listening to a Brass band on Frenchman or attending a business meeting, relax in a filled with Nawlins hospitality. A three-night minimum stay is preferred and all fees will be managed by Airbnb.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Jay was very easy to communicate with. Place was clean and location was pretty nice and centered around places we wanted to visit. Totally recommend booking this place to any one!

Nice Property

Staying in NOLA for college graduation. This was a central location to our son and hit spots of the city. Property was clean, well decorated, had plenty of room for all of our party (5) and was comfortable. I would recommend this location if you want to be close to Tulane/Loyola.

Great for a long weekend

My family (husband and twin 19 year olds) stayed for a long weekend for my older son's graduation from Tulane. The unit is on the second floor and was very clean and well appointed. It looks just like the photos and has a lot of NOLA character. Bonus of wine to welcome us to NOLA was much appreciated! The location was good for us between Tulane and downtown. There is room for one car to park in the front and then street parking. There is not a washer and dryer so it would be tough for a family with smaller children but for us this was not an issue. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again.
