Walking distance to the streetcar and close to everything you need to have a true New Orleans experience! Whether you want to take a 7 minute Uber or Car Ride to the French Quarter or walk to local grocery stores, the choice is yours! Located 2 blocks from University Medical Center and One Block Behind the World Famous Canal Street! Perfect for Mardi Gras Parades

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Never having been to New Orleans, we were delighted with the friendliness and generosity of the people and the cityThe house was shotgun style and it was fun to actually get to stay in one. Speaking of generosity, the spaces are true to the photos, the kitchen has everything, the living room comfortable and don't forget, three bedrooms!We appreciated the cleanliness, good communication, ease of entry and the proximity of the Canal St trolley 2 blocks away. We had no use for a car.It's nice after a day out, to come home to this accommodation.The hosts had a Mardi Gras wreath on the door and dropped off a surprise King's Cake !Wonderful stay.
