We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

We lived the safe location, close to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful home with huge 3 bedrooms with memory foam mattresses which my husband loved.....
Never having been to New Orleans, we were delighted with the friendliness and generosity of the people and the cityThe house was shotgun style and it was fun to actually get to stay in one. Speaking of generosity, the spaces are true to the photos, the kitchen has everything, the living room comfortable and don't forget, three bedrooms! We appreciated the cleanliness, good communication, ease of entry and the proximity of the Canal St trolley 2 blocks away. We had no use for a car. It's nice after a day out, to come home to this accommodation. The hosts had a Mardi Gras wreath on the door and dropped off a surprise King's Cake !Wonderful stay.
We came for a FB game. The trolley system was convenient and fairly easy to figure out. The set up of the house with having to go through bedrooms to get to the others was a little different.
The place was nice, but the beds were defibrillator different from what was pictured. Still comfortable, though. My biggest issue were bugs. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, even one in the bed in the first room. I contacted the owner, so hopefully they've got the issue resolved, but it definitely affected my mood and the comfort of my stay.
Great location, a couple blocks from some great restaurants, and a 5-10 minute trolley ride from the heart of Canal and Bourbon. Any time I reached out through VRBO, the response was prompt and professional.
Genesis was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had during our short stay! The location was conveniently located within walking distance to the street cars for us to save on parking at the French Quarter!
The host's responsiveness and friendliness were great! I was ill and they kindly allowed an early check-in. They also came over immediately to fix a beeping smoke detector. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the location. We walked to the art museum at City Park. Being only 1-2 blocks from the street car allowed us to rake public transportation to the French Quarter, Uptown, and Garden District.
Genesis was very helpful and quick with responses on any issue or concern that was brought to his attention. We had an issue with plumbing early on in the trip (not the fault of the unit) and within two hours, had crews out to fix the issue and the city out within 4 hours. Would recommend 10/10.
