*****Charming renovated home above the Lagoon. All hardwood floors, Washer, Dryer, French doors lead from the new eat-in kitchen to the screened in porch. The screened in porch has furniture ( dining table for 4 & chaise lounger)and a grill in the yard . Three A/C UNITS: IN EACH BEDROOM & Main Floor. Walk To Everything! (less than a mile away!) Great in-town Vineyard Haven location, but in a very quiet neighborhood, no traffic. Walk to shops and restaurants on quaint Main Street. Walk to ferry., harbor/ marina,and bike path...all 3/4 of a mile away...! There are three stand-up fans and also a ceiling fan in the kitchen. .Ideal home for people who like to be near everything.Screened porch leads to a new large, private, hot-water outdoor shower. Peaceful/tranquil setting with large grassy back yard. Skylights.
