This amazing villa is located in Hilton Head Beach & Tennis one of the premier resort communities on the island. A one minute walk to the beach features include: largest pool on Hilton Head, tennis & pickle ball courts, fitness center, kids playground and direct private access to miles of sandy beach.

Admirals Row is the nicest and most sought after building in HHB&T. The condo has a peek a boo ocean view from the corner of the porch.

Recently updated with stainless steel appliances and stylish decor new to the rental market. The condo is a first floor unit which is easy to get in and out with a ramp nearby for wheelchair accessibility.

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, wifi , community washer dryer and stocked kitchen.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals available). Park your car on arrival and you're within a 3 minute walk to the beach, pool, restaurants, and live entertainment.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Nice off season getaway

The location of the resort is great. The villa itself is on the first floor next to the stairway entrance so lots of people watching. It is an easy walk to the beach and even a small area on the balcony has an ocean view. My only slight complaint would be the overall cleanliness of the villa. The furniture and lamps need a dusting and the countertops, sink, and floors need a deep cleaning. Other than that, the villa was great and the owner was very responsive.

Labor Day vacation

We have came to this same unit 2 years in a row. We love it! It has a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach, beach chairs, full kitchen, and is on first floor east access.
