Our only issue was the initial communication to get where our unit was and to get in the room. Otherwise, everything was great! This was our first trip to HH and we lived it. The resort is safe, easy to walk to various parts and easy access to anything on the island. The room also had beach supplies that were liked by the kids.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to beach area. Bike rental is within short walking distance. Very happy with the rental overall.

Good location to everything- restaurants, beach, pool, bike rentals. Condo was decent- beds clean and comfortable, bathrooms were small but worked, kitchen had most things needed but could not find flat pans like cookie sheets to use for dinner one night. The balcony needed sweeping. Overall- the place was nice for the price and worked. We will honestly maybe even think to go back there again if visiting Hilton Head.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great first impression when we arrived and found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor. Overall, the condo could use a more thorough cleaning and some updating. The bathrooms were quite small and are in need of renovation, and the towel bar in the master bathroom was pulling away from the wall. We also experienced very low water pressure throughout the unit, and there was no hot water available from the kitchen sink. The condo was adequate for a short stay of a few nights, but given the condition and maintenance issues, we would not choose to stay here again.

Christmas Break Get Away!

The condo was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for meals in, plus plenty of storage containers for leftovers. Location in the resort was really nice.
