Everything was great, it was a surprise birthday getaway for my fiance. Thank you for the birthday wishes, we would definitely recommend! 5 star for sure
Loved staying here! Nice quiet, right on the river which is so peaceful to sit by in the evenings. Highly recommend.

Overall had a wonderful stay. Suggestions - Maybe invest in some new pots and pans, Maybe provide a couple casserole dishes. Kitchen needs a little more cleaning. Towels and bedding old and worn. Great location, views and visiting wildlife. Had a very nice stay.
What a perfect little spot steps from the river. Morning hikes in National Forest, afternoon cooling off in the clear water and evenings on the porch ! We were visited by several friendly deer, a family of quail and lots of sassy little hummingbirds! It was a wonderful getaway! Can't to come back!!!
We really enjoyed staying here. The views and river front property were perfect. Just step out your front door and you are fishing!! The house was very nice inside as well.
We are planning to come back!
This was such an amazing place to stay, right on the river!
We fished, ate s’mores, relaxed and fished some more. Pick up firewood at the market in crouch before heading to the house.
Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great trip. Cute little place, just perfect for two. Woodland creatures all around the place and a nice shallow river to sit in when the mercury climbed above 90°. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Soooo cozy
So cozy and comfortable for a few days away at Christmas. The house was well stocked as advertised and so happy to have the driveway plowed after 2 days off snow. IVC does a great job.
We wanted to go to Starlight Mountain Theater and not have to drive back to Boise the same night. We stayed two extra days to relax and do some fishing. Everything was perfect except they forgot to put fish in the river.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Sorry 'bout the fish - heard rumors they were on strike! LOL
The property was awesome, being close to the water was a definite plus. We unfortunately were very close to fires so the air quality was horrible. Something you can never predict. I will look to stay here in the future for sure.
We enjoyed our stay. A lovely location and we fished both the Middle fork and tributary of the South fork. The cabin is at a quiet bend on the river and we stayed on the deck as much as we could. Overall rating was a four because for a person who is going to cook we did find the pots/pans and bowls limiting. We also would have appreciated a washer/drier.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and we loved the large grill and camp chef. It was enough room for our family of 4. The fire pit was fun and of course being right on the river was awesome. Unfortunately, the beds were pretty uncomfortable and we would have loved a few extra blankets. All in all, we had a wonderful time.
The river access was the reason we choose this property. Let me tell you that the AC could NOT cool the place down, so plan on sitting in the river. The bunk bed is not suitable for a 17 yrs old. The property was nice, and the river was great.... just sucked that the AC couldn't keep up so I would get up at 1am and open windows and close them around 7am.
Picked this spot for the fishing, no fish though.Bed was extremely uncomfortable, tried the bunk bed it was a little more comfortable. Neighbors were extremely rude, burning wood causing the place to smell like smoke, tree trimming was so loud. The woman who lives there approached us, saying our dog was bothering her dog. I can’t imagine how that was possible we had him leashed at all times! That was extremely upsetting to us. He doesn’t bark and he loves all dogs. Not the best anniversary.

Hi Margie,
Thank you for letting me know about what happened. I sure you wish you would have reached out during your stay, so that I might have tried to help with the situation. Never had any problems like this before and everyone who stays brings dogs. I'm sorry your stay wasn't what we both would have like it to be.
Call me next time and I will make sure you have a fantastic time!
