Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place towels on the bathroom floor. Consolidate all trash and place it in the black trash can in the garage. Set A/C to 78 in warm months and set heat to 62 during colder months.

Turn hot tub down to 85 degrees Double check back door is locked Lock front door Leave all used beds unmade
