We invite you to enjoy our exquisite recently renovated beachfront home overlooking the Sea of Abaco as well as our dock/boat slip on a protected lagoon directly across the street.

We built this home to exacting specifications. It is our fulltime retirement home when we are not looking for adventure and traveling the world. We are confident you will enjoy the attention to details.

We love flowers, and the property is very tropical and colorful with bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleander, ixora and ruella attracting butterflies and hummingbirds.

Our property across the street has access to our large dock, perfect for mooring your personal boat or a local rental boat. The dock has 15-amp shore power and fresh water.

Our caretaker lives in an apartment with attached boathouse and garages across the street and is available for questions, directions, etc.

All beachside rooms of the home are fitted with continuous windows that give a complete view of the beach and azure sea. Custom trim work and architectural details are seen throughout the house.

Two of the four spacious bedrooms have beach/ocean views. The master bedroom and second master have ensuite bathrooms; two guest bedrooms share a large bathroom with a his/hers granite topped bathroom vanity. Each bedroom has both an exterior and interior private entrance. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds for sleeping in; but don't miss the beautiful sunrises on the beach.

Open floor plan in the kitchen and living room area. The large kitchen has custom made cabinets with stunning granite countertops, a walk-in pantry and plenty of space for preparing food as well as high quality equipment for making delicious drinks and meals for your family.

The outdoor deck and handrails surround the house with a large deck on the beach, perfect for enjoying meals or getting some sun. Lounge chairs and comfortable rocking chairs make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time outside.

The house is fully air conditioned and heated with four individually controlled zones. Enjoy reverse osmosis drinking water in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Fiber optic high speed WIFI internet. Four bicycles provided to ride around town.

Treasure Cay is absolutely beautiful with some of the most pristine beaches in the world. The Bahama Beach Club, located on Crescent beach, has a terrific beachfront restaurant. Several local caterers offer meal pickup/deliveries to homes. A small convenience store sells essentials, and a well-stocked liquor store sells beer, wine, liquor for all your vacation needs.

A short boat trip or ferry ride away are many out islands each with restaurants/bars. Swim with the pigs on No Name Cay, party at Grabbers or Nippers on Guana Cay, enjoy lunch at Green Turtle Inn and explore Hopetown and its many bars/eateries on Elbow Cay. Snorkel on the many stunning reefs.
