This home overlooks the white sugar sand beach and crystal clear waters of the Sea of Abaco, perfect for relaxing outside and taking a nap in a super comfy couch, dining outside, or retreating indoors.

This house has a casual “beach vibe”, concrete floors, 10’ ceilings and glass window lined walls. The massive kitchen/Great room has lots of seating as well as a corner breakfast nook with a wraparound bench, perfect for playing cards or games. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessary culinary needs, major appliances, wine refrigerator, and a garbage disposal (rare on the island)

The master suite has a large slider opening onto the relaxing waterfront porch. Steps away is a private outdoor shower. Includes a king bed, TV, and a free-standing tub, walk in shower, and double vanities. Two additional guest suites, include their own private bathroom one with a soaker tub and the other with a walk-in shower. Other amenities include a full-size W/D, laundry room, sink, and ice maker, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, a 500-gallon freshwater tank, and a whole house generator, creating the perfect place to stay for a maximum occupancy of 6

Enjoy our private dock that provides the perfect place to view some of the abundant marine life - sea turtles, star fish, stingrays, dolphins and a wide array of fish. You can paddle board or kayak and 100’ away is your own secluded beach for lounging and taking in amazing sunsets. This home is surrounded by endless water and ocean views and offers privacy, absolute serenity, and access to the ultimate island experience.

Although the Abacos are well-known for its low crime rate, we installed extra security precautions: extra flood lights on the house exterior; and the dock area has motion-activated lights. We also installed cameras to remotely monitor the boat slip and driveway.

Treasure Cay offers many things. You can rent golf carts to cruise around Treasure Cay, rent a boat or hire a captain to fish or island hop to the out islands, go see the pigs on No Name Cay, snorkel, deep sea fishing, lobster catching and reef diving/snorkeling. Treasure Cay also has a golf course along with tennis and pickle ball courts. There are several restaurant options that are a golf cart ride away: Florence's Café serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, The Bahamas Beach Club, The Sands Club and The Pizza Place are all open for lunch and dinner. The Plaza offers a liquor store, a mini mart, car rental and gift shop.
