3rd Floor, ONE BEDROOM, ONE BATH, King Size Bed in Bedroom; Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room; The Large Glass Doors In Living Area Go Out onto Open Balcony where you can sit in the Bar Height Furniture and enjoy the view. The décor and Crown Molding throughout are beautiful and the Open Kitchen is accented with Granite Counters and a Tile Backsplash. The floor has large Diagonally Laid Porcelain Tile throughout except Carpeting in the Bedroom. The Living Area and Bedroom have Ceiling Fans to keep you cool. The Bathroom is equipped with a Hand Held Shower and Grab Bar in the Combination Tub and Shower. The Bedroom is accented with Plantation Shutters and has a Desk for your Laptop. Watch 32 LCD inch TV and DVD Player.
