This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental is located directly across the street from the stunning sands of Aptos Beach, behind the exclusive gates at the end of Beach Drive. Aptos Beach is known for its wide sandy shores, gentle waves, and family-friendly atmosphere, making it ideal for beach walks, building sandcastles, or simply soaking up the sun.



The Space:

This home offers a unique reverse floor plan, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor to maximize breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living area, and large windows that fill the space with natural light and fresh ocean breezes. Step out onto the deck to take in panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening sunset.



The home has two sets of stairs, providing a private and elevated retreat. Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed. With ample space for families or groups, this rental makes a perfect base for your coastal adventure.



There are 3 external security cameras; the one at the front door is disabled and not working. There is one on the roof that faces the ocean and one on the side stairs that just videos the stairway.



Please note: The home next door is under construction, and you may periodically hear construction sounds during the daytime working hours.

Kitchen was nice, beds were comfortable, great view from upstairs. Don't like that you can't walk across the street to beach because private access. Instead you have to go through the gate, which is sort of a pain but now we know. Only one vehicle spot for parking.

We enjoyed our sray

We enjoyed the house, the view and the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that there was ground coffee. We did feel that there should have been a more accurate description of the stairs. We were 3 women in our 60’s and getting our luggage up the stairs was. A problem. But overall we loved the home!
