The property was easily assessable to everything- grocery store, gas station, Snow Basin, Antelope Island State Park. Plenty of accommodations were available- games, foosball table, books and tableware for my 1.5 year old. Overall it was a great stay!

My daughter, my ex-husband and I stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful place. We could’ve brought many more people! It was awesome having so many games there as options as well as the open seating areas. House was extremely clean and a very simple checkout.

Roy's Place is amazing!

Perfectly decorated with lots of considerate hospitality items available. Our favorite part was the thoughtful game room in the Basement's livingroom. I come to Roy often, I can't wait to stay again!
