Our home is located right off of the shops on 15th&15th where there’s a cute bookstore, a coffee shop, a gelateria, and a wine bar! The location is ideal for getting around downtown or exploring the mountains. The home is an architectural gem, a historical remodel to a 1930s Tudor revival with a spacious backyard and double car garage.
