Great stay again! There were some really cool additions this time, like the little children’s beds up in the game room with TVs, and a candy machine, so cool! Very comfortable and clean and delicious smelling soaps and bath salts. Great stay!!

House was wonderful! Everything was very clean and decorated nicely. Air conditioning was great. Would have been great for a family with the upstairs room. We went on a wine tour and the host was gracious enough to send us and itinerary. Love the coffee and waffle bar. Highly recommend!

Disliked: Location
After long searching for a retreat to the wine country this was the best option. Nicely updated interior and covered parking in the rear. Bring VERY good noise canceling earphones to sleep in the front bedroom as it’s right against a Main Street. Walk to several restaurants and shops in ozark.

About the host

Hosted by Danyell Barker

Host profile image
Our first trip to this beautiful area was November of 2016. As a young {and broke} couple we started looking for closer to home adventures in our great natural state. You can imagine our excitement to find out that Arkansas had a little wine country, and it was right at our back door! Altus, AR. Ever since that trip we’ve returned year after year to enjoy the nature and beauty of the area along with excellent wine. Since we have two fur children ourselves, we knew that any place we would open had to allow others to enjoy traveling with their well-trained doggos. Now several years later, we have opened a spot to call your own while you enjoy the best of Arkansas’ wine country!

Why they chose this property

We feel like this home is the perfect center point for anything you're wanting to do nearby! All local wineries are within 10 miles of here, you're just a block away from the local park, walking distance to the local brewery and town square, and only about a 30 minute drive to the nearby hiking trails!

What makes this property unique

Our customer service and the ample number of amenities we offer is unmatched by other local vacation rentals! We have tried to think of every small item someone would need to make their trip the best it can be, even if the weather has plans to keep you inside! From our coffee and waffle station to the fully stocked kitchen (including a blender and numerous spices). From our cozy blankets to candles and bath salts. From a firepit and outdoor dining to cornhole and a grill. From ping pong and board games to a reading nook and ping pong. We have provided our guests with a 5 star experience again and again by supplying even more amenities than what's listed here! Plus, we even have sample itineraries made for guests who want to take the stress out of planning your trip. Let us host your next stay in our adorable town of Ozark!
