Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather and place all used towels in the laundry room. Do NOT remove bed sheets - the cleaners will strip the beds.
Please empty all trash from the bathrooms & kitchen and place them in the large garbage bins in the garage.
Don't forget to return the garage door opener and keys to avoid any replacement fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Long weekend stay for PGA Championship

Great location - near airport, stores, restaurants, pubs, golf, etc. Townhouse just as pictured/described - was perfect for the three of us, each with own bathroom. Communication with Host exceptional, easy check-in & check-out, very reasonable check-out list. Neighborhood very quiet, was great to have access to garage for parking. One of the best VRBO stays to date, would definitely recommend and will be back when in town again.

A really great stay

We had a fantastic stay! The townhome was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful and personable, making the whole experience even better. We especially appreciated the use of the garage and long driveway. The kitchen is nice and large, and we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Having so many bathrooms was perfect for our group. The community pool was really nice and a great way for the kids to burn off some energy. Other families in the neighborhood would bring their kids too, so my kids always could find new friends to play with. Would absolutely stay here again if I get a chance!
