We are walking distance to many Marshfield restaurants.

Great little tucked away place. Off the beaten rentals path if your looking to get away.

We enjoyed our visit and weather was great. Beach was better than expected for such a secluded area. Very private which was wonderful and has sets were very accommodating to our two little pups which is rare and appreciated.

Family- 50th wedding anniversary

Our family had an amazing time! Perfect location with private beach access and privacy… plenty of room for family to stay and enjoy each other’s company.

Nice ocean view

The ocean view from the second floor is great. Patio is nice too. There is beach access, Unfortunately it was too highly windy most of the time, so we had to stay indoors most of the time. Overall experience is positive.

Amazing location!

Pictures are only a small glimpse off what you get! Property is super private and clean. We had an entire beach to ourselves, just steps away from the house. With in walking distances to center of town where you will find restaurants and ice cream stands. Relax on the beach, go fishing or jump off Blue fish rock all steps away from the the property. Wonderful stay highly recommended!

It was a beautiful place just I had hoped. Unfortunately, my wife took ill and had to be hospitalized due to her cancer condition so we had to leave a week early. I understand the no refund policy but it would have been nice to have consideration for her condition.

Fireworks!

We stayed for the 4th of july week. Brought our dog also. Place is clean. Nice beach house. Location is awesome brant rock has alot to offer. The beach is everything you want and expect from a new england beach. But the fireworks OMG! They were amazing. They were everywhere. Non stop for days and hours. Really the best we've ever seen. I would definitely stay here again.

Classic Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at the Oceana! Beach is private to a handful of houses. Ample room for sleeping options. Entire house was very clean and so comfortable. Teenagers rode bikes to get ice cream and to the local bridge to jump off at high tide. We saw a couple of seals and loved watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Amazing views from Green Harbor to Gurnet, even to Manomet- wow! A cool place to look for crabs and starfish at low tide as well. What a special home, thank you!!

Great Place

Staying for the week, we had four adults and six kids 7-16. Plenty of space and beds for all. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The upstairs room with the ocean view, is even nicer than the pictures show. Back patio is great. Beach right at your feet is perfect and close to restaurants, shops and ice cream. The owners were friendly and nice. You can tell they care about your stay. When we had a few questions, the owner was super responsive (even on the weekend). We had a great time and enjoyed staying at "OceAnna". Strongest recommendation! Thank you!
