Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, dedicated office space, king and queen beds, and a full bathroom, our apartment is sure to feel like a home away from home.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. Off of the main living area is a naturally lit office space for your professional or academic needs. Unwind at the end of the day and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the Roku equipped smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware and dishes to prepare a delicious meal. But let's be real, you're not here to cook! You're here to experience all the amazing food and drinks The Loop has to offer.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and in the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed. Both are equipped with fresh linens and ample closet space to store your belongings. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.
But the real star of the show is the location! The Delmar Loop is known for its amazing foodie options and the Pageant concert venue, among other attractions. Really, just a 7 minute walk from our apartment! From the famous toasted ravioli at Blueberry Hill to the gourmet tacos at Mission Taco, there's something for everyone on the Loop.
Our unit is situated on a one way street, with free street parking available. Located less than a mile from the Delmar Loop and just a short distance away from some of St. Louis' most popular attractions, including Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo, top-tier Art and History Museums, and the Enterprise Center.

This place was awesome! It had plenty of space, very nice location, and the communication was great! Highly recommend it and would book it again in a heartbeat!!
The apartment is cozy and is within walking distances of many amenities like supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and more. The owners is super responsive to our needs.
The location of this place was great. It was very close to Delmar Loop and an easy drive to WashU.
The unit was very clean and was kept very well. Communication from the owner was OnPoint.

This was a perfect space for a small family. Each bedroom was a decent size. There was a dresser available so we didn’t have to live out of our suitcase. Kitchen was super cute and nice size to have family meals. Simple condiments were available. The living area was nice and spacious. Apartment was located close the Delmar loop. We enjoyed walks, and felt secure. Would recommend and stay here again if I visited my family in the future .
This stay was not for the faint of heart. For three 64 year old gals managing the stairs up three floors in the dark was daunting. However, this was an issue for building management to take care, and beyond the control of the hosts. The hosts did provide us with flash lights the next day.
We also mentioned to the hosts that the shower curtain liner was musty and mildew. We found a new liner in the supply closet and changed it out.
We would have preferred to have direct communication with the hosts instead of emails. I just saw the last email sent to with last instruction to follow leading up to checkout versus the printed out instructions clipped to the refrigerator with what is expected to be done along with taking the trash out prior to leaving. We left early in the morning for the airport to which did not see the last email till I returned home.
Overall, apartment was clean. The unit we stayed in was not the one we originally booked due leasing issues with that unit. Biggest problem: Safety. Dark staircase and no safety measures in the bathtub. No grab bars or nonskid decals for tub which was very slippery when wet.

Staircase Lighting: The lighting in the building’s staircase is managed by the building management, not by us, and we understand how that could have been challenging. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but we did provide flashlights the next day to help with the situation.
Communication: We strive to ensure clear communication with all of our guests. All of our communications, including checkout instructions, were sent via the VRBO app, as per the platform's guidelines. We apologize for any confusion caused by the printed instructions in the apartment.
Staircase and Elevator: We do clearly mention in our listing that there is no elevator and that the apartment is located on the third floor, which requires climbing three flights of stairs. We understand this might be difficult for some guests and appreciate your understanding that this is noted in advance.
Shower Curtain and Mold: We are sorry to hear about the issue with the shower curtain. We asked for pictures of the mold to understand the situation better but didn’t receive any. Our cleaner confirmed that no mold was found when she cleaned the unit, but we appreciate that you took the initiative to replace the liner.
Safety in the Bathroom: We understand your concern regarding safety in the bathtub. Unfortunately, we are unable to install grab bars or non-slip decals due to lease restrictions that prevent us from making permanent modifications to the property. We do suggest that guests with specific accessibility needs reach out to us before booking so we can help find the best accommodations.
