We stayed at 312 35th St with seven of us and had a really solid trip. The place was clean when we arrived, had the essentials we needed (kitchen basics, linens, toiletries, etc.), and felt easy to settle into after a long travel day.The rooftop patio was the highlight. It was the perfect spot for a quiet morning cup of coffee before everyone else woke up - nice breeze, good light, and a little distance from the street. Evenings up there were just as good.Location is hard to beat. It’s a quick walk to the beach, so we could grab boards, towels (both provided by the host), or just stroll down without loading the car. You’re also close to Lido Marina Village and the usual Balboa Peninsula spots for food and wandering.For a group of seven it worked well. Plenty of space to spread out during the day and still gather without feeling on top of each other. Nothing fancy-for-the-sake-of-it - just a comfortable, well-kept rental that did what we needed it to do.Would stay again.

6 Couples participated in the UCI Anti-Cancer Challenge and we all wanted to stay together to celebrate our 35 mile bike ride and MOST importantly surviving cancer. We had both homes so each couple had their own room and bathorrm. The front home accomodated us all between the dining room table, the living room couch area and the front outdoor table. IT WAS PERFECT for our large group. Sheryl and Rich are outstanding hosts - THANK YOU

This house was great for our group of women. Each bedroom ( 4 in the front house, two in the back house) had their own bathroom which was wonderful! The house was fully stocked with beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards etc. The rooftop decks were great for afternoon cocktails. The house was very clean too.The only comment I have is to be aware that parking in the garage is very tight only very small cars will fit. Two cars fit under the overhang, but the rest needed to park on the street. So much is within walking distance, we didn’t even use our cars once we parked them! We would absolutely stay here again.
